Kourtney grew up in College Station, Texas (Gig’em Aggies) where she came to know Jesus at a young age. She is the middle of three girls and her parents were on YoungLife staff for over 20 years which played a major role in her spiritual development and walk with God.

After graduating from Texas A&M University with a business degree, Kourtney moved to Austin to join the staff at Mobile Loaves & Fishes, a local nonprofit, where she served for seven years. That season sharpened her heart for serving others and equipped her with the operational experience she now brings to The Well. She’s excited to serve as Operations Director and help our church continue to fulfill its vision of planting more churches!

In her free time, Kourtney enjoys traveling, hanging with friends outside, and spending time with all the “littles” in her life who call her “Koko.”
