At The Well, our mission is to make much of Jesus by reproducing disciples who can impact the world for the glory of God. We achieve this through our Exalt, Disciple, and Send approach, with the help of an amazing team dedicated to our church family. As we aim to send 100 church planters and 100 missionaries within our first 50 years, we recognize the need to continue expanding our team in order to create more disciples.
