At The Well, we believe that the local church is God's plan for redeeming the world. And the best way to reach people is through planting churches. While most churches focus on growing in numbers, we believe that going—sending people to go and plant churches—will have a greater impact on the world around us. This is exactly what we see from Christ and Paul, and we are committed to following in their footsteps to make a global impact through church planting.
Refuge Community Church
Josh Guerrero joined The Well as a Church Planting Resident in 2018 and he and his wife, Rachel, launched Refuge Community Church in the spring of 2020!
Austin Bridge Church
Juhan Kim joined The Well as a Church Planting Resident in 2018 and he and his wife, Christine, are launched Austin Bridge Church in the spring of 2022!
Grow God's Kingdom Through our Church Planting Residency
Are you feeling called to plant a church? We are seeking a full-time church-planting resident to help expand the Kingdom and bring glory to God. This two-year residency program will equip you with the necessary gifts, disciplines, and convictions to plant a church, as well as train you in pastoral calling, ministry skills, and character development.
