Take Your Next Missions Step with Us

Whether God is calling you to reach the nations in Austin, Texas or in another country, we want to help you take your next steps. He is inviting each of us to step into His global story. What role will you play? God didn’t save us so that we would have a slightly better heart. God’s whole plan from the start has been to redeem the whole world to Himself. If we can truly catch the vision of being a disciple and making disciples, we begin to impact everything and everyone around us. As a church, missions is one of the ways we are doing this.

Sending at The Well

At The Well, we take Jesus' words seriously and are committed to sharing the gospel with people from all corners of the earth. Our focus is on building long-lasting relationships with communities and supporting church-planting efforts in nations where access to the gospel is limited. Through partnerships with like-minded missionaries, businesses, and other resources, we strive to make a tangible difference in people's lives and spread the good news of Jesus Christ.

Short-Term Missions

Our short-term teams focus on evangelism, training, and prayer to support church planting globally. We hope that each participant gains a vision of God's redemptive plan for the world and sees these trips as a potential first step towards long-term missions. We're currently working with gospel partners in Europe, the Middle East, North Africa, and South America. Interested in joining us? Long-Term Missions

Interested in sharing the gospel through church planting, evangelism, and equipping local communities? As a Long-Term Goer with The Well, you'll need to align with our beliefs statement as a Covenant Member and demonstrate a gospel-centered approach to ministry and character. Our team seeks applicants with diverse skill sets who are passionate about helping needy children and families around the world.

Disciple-Making Intensive

We regularly hold a 10-week class that we call Disciple-Making Intensives (DMIs) that will equip you to share your faith, challenge your worldview, and ultimately help you be on mission with Jesus wherever He has you. We desire to send for the glory of God. This class is in partnership with Launch Global, missionaries sent by The Well, and guest speakers to equip you to share your faith in a variety of contexts and people groups.
