Connections Team
People serving on the Connections team will focus on helping people connect to our church, by inviting them to CGs, helping them fill out the Connect Form by either serving at the Connections Table, or following up with New Guests throughout the week.

Creative Media Team
The Creative Media team helps with photography, videography, and design that helps communicate the vision and mission of the Well.

We are always looking for anyone who works in videography, photography, design, animation, or web.

Hosting Team
The Hosting team are people at The Well who share on-stage announcements, lead our time of giving, and prayer prior to our sermon.

Well Kids
The Well's Kids Ministry serves the children and The Well families by praying for them, interacting with the kids, and teaching provided lessons about Christ. More than “babysitting” we really see this as an opportunity to minister to the next generation and help them understand Christ and the gospel. There are also specific opportunities to serve in craft creation, events, kids worship, administration, logistics planning and Sunday host team outside of the classroom.

• Training: 2–4x per year
• Additional Details: Must pass background check

Greeting Team
People serving as Greeters will focus on helping everyone feel loved, from greeting people at the doors, to the time the leave our church. We pride ourselves in being a church that feels welcoming and loving, so this is a key ministry for us.

• Frequency: Every other week
• Training: 2x per year

Parking Team
The parking team helps guide people to spots for visitors while welcoming people before people enter our church doors.

• Frequency: Every other week
• Training: 2x per year

Prayer Team
For covenant members only. As part of the team, you'll pray for our church body, leadership, local community, and beyond. We meet on Monday's at 6:45 and before Sunday gatherings, and also pray for people during our Sunday gathering's altar calls.

Worship Team
Serves the church by singing or playing in the band and leading the congregation in worship.

• Frequency: Depends on skill and need in this area.
• Training: Different times will be set for practice by the worship director.
• Additional Details: Must audition and have skill in specific area. The worship director will work with volunteers to develop in their area.

Set up and Team Down Team

Set Up Team
Prepares the gym for Sunday worship by setting up the flooring, stage, chairs, and other necessary equipment. Tacos and coffee Provided!

• Frequency: As often as you would like, but at least once a month.
• Training: You will get schedule to shadow and observe the ins and outs of what the team does every Sunday.

Tear Down Team
Handles the complete breakdown of the gym, including removing the flooring, stage, chairs, and more.

• Frequency: As often as you would like, but at least once a month.

Signs Team

Manages the setup and removal of outdoor signs around Eastside Early College High School to help attendees easily find the worship gathering.

Sunday Logistics Team

Oversees everything from preparation to logistics to ensure smooth operations before, during, and after gatherings, including managing the green room, bathrooms, and supporting other Sunday teams.

Safety Team

Maintains a secure environment on Sunday mornings while working closely with law enforcement at The Well.
