Join us as we continue our series in Revelation. Today we zoom into Jesus' personal letters to the churches, looking at the first two churches, Ephesus and Smyrna. These are two churches heading in opposite directions. Externally, the one that seems to be thriving is internally dying, and the one that is externally dying is internally thriving. What does this tell us about our own spirituality and our own church, The Well? How might we apply this ancient truth to our lives and churches? Join us as we worship through this Text together.

What if the Bible rewards us like a parable?
Ever read the same passage five times and still walked away confused? You're in good company, even the crowds and the disciples walked away from Jesus' parables confused. In this episode, Tory and Mary ask whether the whole Bible works the same way, rewarding those who seek rather than those who simply read. Why does God give us a text that requires searching instead of just handing us the answers? What's the difference between the crowds who walked away and the disciples who kept asking and what that might mean for how we read the Bible?
