Hayley was born and raised in Houston, Texas, where she grew up learning about Jesus. At a young age, Hayley believed in Jesus as God but did not know what it meant to follow Him or surrender her life to Him.

Hayley attended the University of Texas, where she studied Exercise Science to become a physical therapist. The Lord radically pursued and captivated her heart during her Junior year and everything changed. He called her into international ministry through missions and she began working for international nonprofit organizations before stepping into Missions at The Well.

Hayley is passionate about creating spaces that foster hope and healing in Jesus, making disciples, and empowering every follower of Jesus to play their part in the Great Commission. Hayley loves to be active, outside, and spending time with family and friends in her free time!
