Hayley Griffin
Missions Coordinator

Hayley was born and raised in Houston, Texas where she grew up learning about Jesus. At a young age, Hayley believed in Jesus as God but did not know what it meant to follow Him or surrender her life to Him.
Hayley attended the University of Texas where she was studying Exercise Science in hopes of becoming a physical therapist. The Lord had other plans for her life as he radically pursued her heart. During her freshman year, the Lord placed her in community through Younglife and women around her to disciple her. It was not until Junior year of college that Hayley surrendered her life to Christ as he stirred a longing deep in her heart to be in relationship with Jesus in every area of her life. God captivated her heart. The summer after, Hayley went on a mission trip to Haiti where the Lord called her into International Nonprofit Ministry. She changed her major and upon graduation went on to pursue a career working for different international nonprofit organizations in Haiti, DR, Rwanda and Uganda before stepping into a Missions Residency at The Well. Hayley is passionate about serving women that have been through trauma, sustainable development, and creating spaces that foster hope and healing in Jesus making disciples and empowering every follower of Jesus to play their part in the Great Commission. Hayley desires to glorify God with joy and compassion, radiating the love of Christ through nourishing hope to the imago dei through discipleship, empowerment, and urging others to know the love of Jesus and find their identities in Him.
In her free time, Hayley loves to be active and be outside, paddle boarding, and anything to do with being by a body of water. She loves spending time with family and friends and enjoying a nice cup of coffee.
