Morgan was born and raised in Basalt, Colorado, a small town where she didn’t grow up with much Christian community. During her sophomore year of high school, she felt a strong pull toward Baylor University, a decision that marked the beginning of her faith journey.

After graduating from Baylor, she moved to Austin and began teaching kindergarten in Austin ISD. Her time in the classroom was incredibly formative. She experienced more of the Lord as she witnessed His deep love for children and how naturally they are drawn to Him. Their openness, joy, and curiosity revealed new aspects of God’s heart to her.

Over the past year, God has been inviting her to live more open-handedly by trusting Him with her plans, desires, and direction, which eventually led to working at The Well. She is so grateful to be part of what God is doing in and through this church.
