Chandler was born and raised in Waco, TX. She first felt called to inner city ministry in High School which led her to studying Child Psychology at Baylor (Sic’em always)! After graduating, she joined a mentorship ministry in South Dallas. Mentorship and Discipleship are two of her passions but after a few years she felt the Holy Spirit stirring her to move into a classroom setting where she could impact students on a more consistent basis.

This journey eventually led her to move Zambia to support and train their educators but soon after arriving in the country found out God had a different plan. She spent 8 months as the principal of Arise Christian School and helped train the teachers on social emotional learning and discipleship in the classroom. Unfortunately, when the world shut down the opportunity to live overseas came to a close as well. She moved back to Waco and worked in business for the last two years managing operations before joining The Well and blending the call of full time ministry with the skills of business.

She is excited for the opportunity to love the city of Austin and make disciples while helping support the sending vision of The Well!
