Our Residencies
Our residency programs are designed to train and send you to serve wherever God leads—locally, nationally, or globally. We offer three residency tracks, each built on hands-on experience, personal development, and theological formation.
Ministry Residency
A two-year onramp residency program for those thinking of entering into full-time ministry, with a particular focus on growing ethnic minorities and women in ministry.
National Church Planting Residency
A two-year residency that trains prospective church planters with the necessary gifts, disciplines, and convictions to plant a church in an urban, or city context.
International Missionary Training Program
This is a 9-month training program that prepares prospective international missionaries to join a church planting team focused on reaching unreached people groups—communities where most have never heard the name of Jesus, and where there aren’t enough local believers to share the gospel with them.
