Karina was raised as an Aggie in College Station, Texas, but decided to attend the rival school, UT Austin, to study Supply Chain Management. Her family lived in the Middle East for a few years while she was growing up, which led her to become passionate about the nations and reaching the lost.

When she was 16, through friends and a ministry called GenNow, Karina began a personal relationship with Christ and was baptized. She started attending The Well in college, and through her time there, working at Pine Cove summer camp, and serving in campus ministries, she felt a calling to pursue vocational ministry.

Karina loves affogatos, Central Market peach salsa, and cheese. Her favorite thing to do is make and share meals with others. In her spare time, you can find her running, learning guitar, or trying to master the worm. If you ask her to play Bananagrams, the answer will always be yes.

She loves The Well and its people deeply and is excited to help college students grow in their love for Jesus!
