International Missionary
Training Program
This is a 9-month training program that prepares prospective international missionaries to join a church planting team focused on reaching unreached people groups—communities where most have never heard the name of Jesus, and where there aren’t enough local believers to share the gospel with them.

Sending short-term teams on 10-day trips overseas, made up of our covenant members, who partner, join, and support the work of long-term missionaries and international church planters.

A training program where we equip and send members of The Well to consider living missionally in another country through their profession—whether among reached or unreached people groups.
International Support & Mobilization
Missionary
Care Teams
International Missionary Care Teams are a group of members at The Well who support, partner, and pray for our missionaries both in the field or when on furlough. These teams are groups of people who support missionaries through their time, talents, and treasures, similar to what we see from the apostles in Acts.

Mobilization
International Mobilization is the sending arm of our international missions efforts. Being involved in mobilization means helping people in our church discern if God is calling them to go—to leave their current context and take the gospel to unreached people groups in cross-cultural, international settings.
Ministry Residency
Ministry Residency Program: Missions Track
A two-year onramp residency program for those thinking
of entering into full-time ministry, with a particular focus
on growing ethnic minorities and women in international missions.
