Through this year’s Vision Fund Campaign, we’re hopeful to see the Lord do monumental things as we prepare the way for future years—believing that true generosity is worship, and we give because He’s given us everything.
We should give from our heart as a joyful givers
You give from my heart; your emotions are involved in you giving. You love the feeling of giving and getting to be a part of the mission of God. It brings you joy to know you get to be a part of this.

We should give from our souls as sacrificial givers
You give from a deep conviction inside, by faith, when I consider how Jesus paid it all, so I owe everything to Him. I want to give above and beyond so that I can make as much of an impact in the Kingdom as possible.

We should give from our minds as thoughtful givers
You give with intention and purpose in mind. You give regularly and thoughtfully, knowing this is something God has called you to do. You want to be a good steward of my finances, which means being fully aware of your spending, your giving, and your saving.

We should give from our strength as obedient givers
You give from a willingness to obey what the Scriptures call me to do with my finances. You know the Bible talks about tithing as a general baseline, so you're going to follow God's commands and give as a discipline and an act of obedience as best as you are able.

Our Church Plants 🌱
Help give towards our already planted church plants. Our vision has always been to plant 100 churches nationally in the first 50 years of The Well. We want to care for and strengthen the churches we’ve already planted—helping them remain healthy, grow in gospel impact, and reach their neighborhoods and cities with the good news of Jesus. Your generosity allows us to come alongside these existing plants with practical and financial support, while continuing to send Christ-centered, gospel-saturated, and Spirit-empowered leaders to multiply new churches that make much of Jesus and reproduce disciples across cities and nations.

Serve Austin 🙏
Help give towards blessing Austin in tangible ways. We want to bless our city so much that if The Well were to disappear, we’d be greatly missed because of the impact we’ve had—especially on the East side. Our partnership with Eastside High School is one way we’re putting Galatians 2:10 into practice, meeting real needs like repairing their retaining wall and gym floor. Your generosity helps us serve our neighbors, build trust, and be faithful witnesses of the gospel—making much of Jesus through acts of love that show our city the heart of God.

Ministry Residency ⛪
Help give towards helping us raise more minority residents and support-raised positions. We believe the next generation of ministry leaders should reflect the diversity of God’s Kingdom and be formed through the life of the church. Our Ministry Residency equips future pastors, planters, and ministry leaders through hands-on experience, theological training, and spiritual formation. As we invest in Christ-centered, gospel-saturated, Spirit-empowered leaders, your giving helps ensure that gifted men and women—especially from underrepresented backgrounds—can step into ministry roles that reproduce disciples and impact the world for the glory of God.

International Missions 🌍
Until the whole world hears. We long to see the gospel go to every tribe, tongue, and nation. Through our International Missions efforts, we train, send, and support long-term goers who bring the good news of Jesus to places with little or no gospel presence. We partner with missionaries and organizations focused on church planting, believing that healthy local churches are the best way to bring lasting gospel transformation. As we give, send, and pray, we participate in God’s global story of redemption—pushing back darkness and making much of Jesus among the nations for the glory of God.
