ABOUT THE SERIES
Throughout our Revelation series, we’ll release a collection of short videos designed to help us understand some of the book’s biggest questions and most confusing passages. We’ll cover topics like how to read Revelation, the tribulation, the Antichrist, the mark of the beast, Babylon, the millennium, the 144,000, and what happens when Jesus returns. These videos will come out throughout the series alongside sermons, resources, and Q&As, giving us additional context to read Revelation carefully, ask better questions, and keep the focus on Jesus.
In this video, we give a practical framework for reading Revelation with clarity and confidence. We explain its apocalyptic imagery, its deep roots in the Old Testament, the major ways Christians have interpreted the book, and how we approach understanding it at The Well. Most importantly, we see how Revelation calls us to view the world from heaven’s perspective, keep our eyes on Jesus, reject the pull of Babylon, worship faithfully, and endure with hope because Jesus wins.
