ABOUT THE SERIES
This New Year, we’re rethinking resolutions—not just for a better year, but for a better eternity. In this sermon series, we’ll explore how to pursue lasting transformation in the areas of spiritual, financial, and physical health through a Biblical lens. By focusing on the eternal impact of our choices, we’ll uncover how to grow deeper in grace both personally and as a church family. From practicing personal spiritual disciplines, to engaging more meaningfully with our church community, to embracing joyful, sacrificial generosity—this series will guide us toward living a more resolved life that reflects Christ and impacts the world around us.

Spiritual Health: Cultivating the Soul
There are two overarching means by which we receive and more deeply understand the grace of God; personally, and corporately. This week we’ll cover personal practices by which we can understand and draw closer to Christ, being made like Him in the process. These will enrich our souls and help establish us in the grace of God throughout our earthly lives.

Spiritual Health: Better Together
In this sermon we push towards connecting to our family, and diving in with other brothers and sisters in Christ, building the church together, for the sake of our own (and others!) spiritual vitality.

Financial Health: Gospel Giving
The Lord calls us to give sacrificially, joyfully, and consistently; yet this is hard! In this sermon we’ll continue looking at our financial health, asking if we’re giving in these ways. If not, it may be a reflection of our lack of gospel understanding. By gazing on the person and work of Jesus, we can’t help but become more generous towards others, as he has been generous to us.

Physical Health: The Body
We conclude our Resolved series thinking about the physical body, and the importance of the body in Scripture. Not only does the Lord now dwell in the physical body, He will also redeem our physical bodies. Even more, our physical bodies help us become more effective emotionally and spiritually.
