Money is something that every person thinks about in different ways. Many see it as a temptation to stay away from. Many more see it as a treasure to be pursued above nearly every other treasure (including relationships, and even God). Some see it as a tool to steward. our view of money will shape what we worship. In this sermon we learn how to love God with our money, and steward it in ways that will bring us life.

One way in which we love the Lord in our giving is by loving Him with our heart, or as Paul would say, being "cheerful" in our giving. Not only do we give out of obedience in following God (strength), but God wants our hearts engaged as well. So often though we divorce the two, and in doing so, miss much of the blessing of giving (and thereby miss our positive emotions regarding giving). Join us as we consider giving with our heart and thereby truly experiencing worship in our generosity.

In this sermon we focus on our mind; our thinking and intellect. God has called us not just to be feelers, and He definitely hasn't called us to blind faith but exhorts the Christian to use their mind as they worship Him. This is true in how we sing, read the Scriptures, love our neighbor, or give generously to the Kingdom. How do we grow in our mind around giving, and why is this important for our worship of God?

In this sermon on generous worship we come to the soul. The soul is complex, but at the root, it is who we truly are; our personhood. What does it look like to love God with all of ourselves? What does it look like to give with our souls? As complex as it is, how can we grow and develop this more? Join us as we deep dive into loving and giving to God in this way.

Even taking the most basic command, how would this change things in our life and church?
