One Place: The Nations
ABOUT THE SERIES
Throughout the Scripture, nearly every leader is “tasked” with an evangelistic call. Though they may look different, God gave nearly every leader a people group, a location, or a mission by which the glory of His name would be more clearly known amongst those who were not worshippers of Him. From leaving a land to become the father of nations (evangelistic in that very few at the call of Abraham knew Yahweh as God!), to delivering a people that they and their captors might know the power of God (Moses, Israel, Egypt), to being called to specific locations (Paul), groups of people (Peter), or even individuals (Philip & the Ethiopian Eunuch) that the gospel might be heard and understood, it seems God often places us in and around people, or calls us to a people that He desires to reach. Our very own call to faith carries this fundamental truth.

Every Tongue, Tribe & Nation
As we consider God's heart for those who don't know Christ, we have to ask, is this how we know our God? Do we recognize how much He loves humanity, including us? Likewise, we have to ask, is our heart like God's? Do we love enough to share about His love with those who don't know Him? How do we grow in this motivation? As we dive back into this series, we think about our One Place, but also begin thinking about the nations, and how to reach those globally with the gospel.

Neighbors to Nations
In this sermon we discuss forward thinking about the nations. What is God's heart for the nations and why therefore should it be ours? What is our role to play in reaching the nations? How can we grow in affection for those internationally? As we look throughout Scripture, God has always had a redemptive plan for the nations to come to know Christ. And since this is God's heart, it should be ours as individuals, and ours as a church as well.
