ABOUT THE SERIES
In this Advent series, we look at a time of the year that is for reflection and rest. Rather than focusing on the traditional first coming of Christ, we want to take the Advent themes of Hope, Peace, Love, and Joy, and focus on the Second Coming of Christ, to produce an excitement, joy, and an expectation of the coming of God, again, to be with His people. While reflecting on His birth is important, His return is the Advent we’re currently in, and to focus on this, we believe, will bless our church.

In this sermon we focus on the Second Coming of Christ, following along the traditional Advent themes. In this sermon we study peace. How does thinking about Jeuss' return, and the peace that He will bring impact our lives and the peace that we experience today. Hoping for the peace that is coming, and meditating on this often will not just give endurance today, but even bring measures of peace today.

Love: True Marriage is Coming
In this sermon we meditate on the future love that we will receive in Christ. One day, because of God's love for us, we will be wed to Him in marriage. This is a wild concept, and one that is hard to even believe. What does it mean that we'll be wed to God? How much does God really love us? How can we receive this love even now? To be loved by a Divine Being is something our souls long for.
