Becca grew up in Houston, Texas in a Christ-filled home that allowed her to come to know the Lord at a young age. She attended the University of Texas and studied Finance at the McCombs School of Business. She was passionate about being on ministry in the business world for many years and did so as a Regional Director at a top 10 asset management firm and as a Financial Advisor at a local wealth management firm.

After many years of feeling a nudge to vocational ministry, the Lord was gracious to lead her into this new chapter after 7 years in the business world. As the Executive Assistant, she loves bringing processes and organization to The Well's staff so that they are empowered to focus on shepherding the church body and making the name of Christ known in the city of Austin.

Becca met her husband, Sloan, through a mutual friend and they have been married since January of 2020. They love spending time outside, eating at local Austin restaurants, and hanging out with their community. In August of 2023 they will be adding a son, Beau, to their family and could not be more thankful and excited for this gift from the Lord!
