Congregant-led Initiatives
Initiatives led by faithful congregants within our church body who have a heart to help and see others grow in Christlikeness in specific areas.

Mom’s Bible Study
Moms Bible Study is a space to grow in our love for Jesus through studying His Word and experiencing community with His people. We meet weekly in homes throughout the city September through May, or on Zoom.

Embrace Cultural
Embrace seeks to see Jesus’ work of reconciliation lived out so that we can exalt Christ through our unity and diversity, be sent out together, and build disciples of all tribes, tongues, and nations.

Foster Advocacy Ministry (FAM)
FAM serves to recruit, equip, and support foster parents in our church. We ask that attendees are all licensed foster parents, however, you do not need to have a current placement to attend.
Congregant-led Initiatives FAQs
What are Congregant-led Initiatives?
These are groups led by faithful men and women within our church body who have a heart to help and see others grow in Christlikeness in specific areas. We use the term “initiative” because many of these ministries have grown organically through volunteers with a particular passion and/or training and are able to launch the initiative to lead others toward similar growth/healing.
Who leads these Congregant-led Initiatives?
These groups are 100% congregant-led and sustained.
Do they have oversight from leadership at The Well?
They do not.
