Ryan was born and raised in Lancaster, PA, where his parents, two brothers, family, and church instilled in him a strong foundation of faith, leading him to accept Jesus as his Savior at a young age. After attending the United States Military Academy, he successfully convinced Sarah to marry him, and they are proud parents to three beautiful daughters.

During his transition out of the Army Airborne community, he had the privilege of working at The Well for seven months before pursuing his studies at the University of Texas business school. He and Sarah have loved shepherding their Community Group at The Well and seeing what God is doing around the world through travel. He also enjoys growing in his knowledge of and love for Jesus, sharing stories about his daughters, cheering for the Eagles, and discussing new business ideas. He is honored to serve at The Well now as an elder.
