Krys was born in St. Johns, Antigua. He immigrated to the states when he was young and spent most of his childhood in Titusville, Florida. He met his wife, Amanda, serving on mission in Uganda during his undergraduate years at the University of Central Florida. Krys moved to Austin to further pursue Amanda and began attending The Well.

Krys and Amanda tied the knot in 2015 and Krys became the first resident at The Well. Following his time as a resident, they spent some time in College Station and Dallas where Krys earned a Master’s at the Cox School of Business. The couple eventually resettled in Austin and rejoined the Well as Covenant Community Members. Krys is a zealous hobbyist – putting a lot of effort into cultivating new skills pertaining to the arts and cuisine. He also loves sports, playing basketball, and most board games!

Krys believes that the gospel of Jesus truly touches and changes every aspect of human experience. One of his biggest joys is helping believers grow deeper in their understanding of how the gospel does this.
