Born and raised in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, Ryan met the love of his life, Sarah, at church in high school.  After graduating from West Point, Ryan married Sarah and pursued a career as an Infantry Officer in the US Army.  He is grateful for the opportunities to serve in Georgia, Texas, Italy, and now back in Texas. Ryan and Sarah have two daughters, Peyton and Finley, and are eager to welcome their third in March of 2021.

Ryan is excited to learn while building Jesus’ Kingdom in Austin and throughout the world.  He loves equipping leaders to reach their goals and strive for Christ’s greatest glory.  Additionally, he enjoys making Sarah laugh, experiencing new cultures through travel, cheering for the Eagles, trying not to lose to his daughters in hide and seek, and aspires to beat the other Well Staff at basketball.
